In Short

• Manage employee relations across field operations.
• Guide supervisors through ER concerns and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with AAC’s mission and behavioral health standards.
• Centralize and organize ER documentation for audits.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints.
• Support offboarding processes and trend analysis.
• Develop ER metrics dashboards.
• Deliver ER-related training for supervisors.
• Review and recommend updates to policies.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of employee relations or HR generalist experience.
• Familiarity with healthcare or behavioral health environments.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) required.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
• Excellent judgment and discretion.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems preferred.
