Employee Relations Specialist I - Remote

Overview

This role manages a high-volume caseload of employee relations matters and collaborates closely with all levels of Operational Leadership to provide strategic guidance and support on complex workplace issues.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR certification is a plus.
• Experience with HRIS systems preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient communication skills in English.
• Strong ethical principles and commitment to fairness.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to conduct basic investigations and document findings.
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
