Overview

The Recruiting Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Recruitment & Staffing Team, requiring strong analytical skills and independent judgment.

In Short

  • Support recruiting operations and administrative tasks.
  • Manage hiring emails and create opportunity requests.
  • Assist with recruiting metrics and reporting.
  • Process employee referral and sign-on bonuses.
  • Support ATS system administration.
  • Handle offer letters and pre-employment screening.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding processes.
  • Complete I-9 and E-Verify processes for new hires.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Respond to employee and vendor inquiries with professionalism.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in HR/Recruiting support.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with HRIS/ATS, preferably UKG.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Proficient in English; bilingual Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely with proper setup.
