Senior Workday Implementation Specialist - Remote

In Short

• Implement and integrate multiple new customers onto Remote's Global Payroll platform.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and seamless delivery within agreed timescales.
• Lead end-to-end Workday payroll integrations for large and complex customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers implementing Remote’s Global Payroll integrated with Workday.
• Analyze customers’ Workday environments to understand data structures and configurations.
• Manage data extraction, transformation, and validation processes.
• Coordinate parallel payroll runs and reconciliations to confirm setup accuracy.
• Provide training and guidance to customers on Workday integration processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of customer and employee data.

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing or integrating Workday HCM.
• Strong understanding of Workday modules including Core HCM and Compensation.
• Experience delivering end-to-end payroll implementations.
• Excellent understanding of global payroll operations and compliance.
• Strong customer onboarding and project management experience.
• Advanced data management and analysis skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience working remotely is a plus.
• Familiarity with Monday.com, Notion, Slack, and Salesforce is a plus.
