Overview

The Senior Implementation Specialist at Restaurant365 is responsible for delivering high-touch onboarding experiences for enterprise-level customers, ensuring efficient project execution and long-term customer success.

• Lead complex, enterprise-scale implementations from discovery to adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding or implementation.
• Experience managing complex, high-touch implementations.
• Deep understanding of R365 product lines.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly analytical and solutions-oriented.
• Self-starter with strong collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated coaching or mentorship experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven SaaS tool fluency and detail orientation.
