In Short

• Own the planning and implementation of our Payroll chapter.
• Lead the Payroll team, unblock and support them.
• Ensure payroll is processed on time and accurately.
• Serve as a point of contact between internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement best practices and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with international payroll laws and regulations.
• Manage relationships with payroll service providers.
• Passionate about managing people without micromanaging.
• Proficient in software tools like SAP and Excel.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

• Large experience in regional/global payroll operations.
• Understanding of global payroll best practices.
• Experience in implementing payroll in multiple countries.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working remotely is a plus.
• Strong automation and AI capabilities.
