Dlocal helps some of the best companies in the world expand in emerging countries. We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our Operations team. The main objective of the team is to ensure that operations run smoothly, productively and effectively.

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations and monitoring payment success rates 24x7.
• Formulating business strategies for various countries.

• Providing necessary information and support to other teams.

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience as an Ops Manager in a similar business model.
• Solid background in payments operations and technical knowledge.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech.
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
• SQL proficiency required.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and ability to travel.
• Ability to work across time zones.
