In Short

• Support the operational execution of Panasonic Well's services.
• Execute end-to-end operational processes for hybrid AI plus Human-in-the-Loop coaching services.
• Manage vendor relationships and service providers.
• Monitor and track operational KPIs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Implement partner agreements into operational workflows.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
• Oversee operational team members.
• Foster continuous improvement within the team.
• Support resource allocation and capacity planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of operations experience with Bachelor's degree or 3+ years with Master's degree.
• Proven experience in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong process execution skills.
• Experience with HITL or hybrid AI-human service models is a plus.
• Proficiency with operational platforms (Airtable, Salesforce, Zendesk, Asana, Intercom).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage diverse operational issues.
