Overview

The Operations Manager will act as the operational backbone for the CEO and CMO/COO, ensuring maximum efficiency and orchestrating cross-functional teams in a fast-growing performance apparel brand.

• Manage calendars and scheduling for executives.

• Document and improve standard operating procedures.
• Analyze financial data and monitor profitability.
• Identify process gaps and propose solutions.
• Work Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST.
