Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and driven Operations Manager to help scale the firm's infrastructure and improve day-to-day operations at a fast-growing NYC-based CPA firm specializing in crypto taxation and high-net-worth individuals.

In Short

• Manage daily internal workflows and staff coordination.
• Improve systems, processes, and procedures to drive efficiency.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding of clients and employees.
• Coordinate scheduling, task delegation, and resource planning.
• Administer software tools like QuickBooks and Slack.
• Document SOPs and develop internal controls.
• Track timesheets and provide general HR support.
• Support client onboarding and communication.
• Organize client file systems and deadlines.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations or project coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems.
• Experience working with cross-functional or remote teams.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and adaptable, able to manage multiple tasks.
