STAFFVIRTUAL is hiring a Customer Service Representative on behalf of CrunchLabs. This role is ideal for self-starters with experience in tickets, email, phone, and chat support. You'll thrive in a startup-style environment, working without rigid scripts, and delivering authentic, helpful support to subscribers.

In Short

  • Provide responsive, high-quality support across tickets, email, phone, and chat.

  • Suggest improvements to enhance customer support processes.

  • Willing to work night shifts.
  • Start date is ASAP.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in multi-channel support (tickets, email, phone, chat).
  • Excellent written and spoken English; natural, conversational communication style.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • A self-starter who can work independently in a remote setup.
  • Must have a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
  • Familiarity with Gorgias, Slack, and Google Workspace is a plus.
