In Short

• Take inbound and outbound calls from gym members.
• Respond to customer inquiries accurately and timely.
• Explain membership options, including upgrades and cancellations.
• Update billing and personal information as requested.
• Document customer interactions using in-house software.
• Commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Maintain a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Work collaboratively as a team player.
• Possess basic computer and typing skills.
• Preferred 1+ year experience in a call center environment.
