Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Paramount Acceptance, you will engage with members of various gyms, providing assistance and resolving inquiries while enjoying a supportive work environment.

In Short

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from gym members.
• Respond to customer inquiries accurately and promptly.
• Assist with membership upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations.
• Update customer billing and personal information.
• Document customer interactions using in-house software.
• Commit to a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effective communication.
• Collaborate as a team player with a willingness to learn.
• Possess basic computer and typing skills.
• Preferred experience in a call center environment.

Requirements

• Must work 12pm - 7pm Mountain Time.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
