Overview

The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and assist with membership options in a supportive work environment at Paramount Acceptance.

In Short

  • Take inbound and outbound calls from gym members.
  • Respond to customer questions accurately and timely.
  • Explain membership upgrade, downgrade, or cancellation options.
  • Update billing and personal information as requested.
  • Document customer interactions using in-house software.
  • Commit to a set schedule of at least 20 hours per week.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Work well in a team and show willingness to learn.
  • Possess basic computer and typing skills.
  • Preferably have 1+ year experience in a call center environment.

Requirements

  • Must commit to a schedule from Monday to Friday.
  • Willingness to work from 12-7 PM Mountain time.
