Overview

The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and assist with membership options in a supportive work environment at Paramount Acceptance.

In Short

Take inbound and outbound calls from gym members.
Respond to customer questions accurately and timely.
Explain membership upgrade, downgrade, or cancellation options.
Update billing and personal information as requested.
Document customer interactions using in-house software.
Commit to a set schedule of at least 20 hours per week.
Maintain a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Work well in a team and show willingness to learn.
Possess basic computer and typing skills.
Preferably have 1+ year experience in a call center environment.

Requirements

Must commit to a schedule from Monday to Friday.
Willingness to work from 12-7 PM Mountain time.
