Overview

U-Haul is in search of friendly, motivated individuals for the position of Customer Service Representative, where you will assist customers with U-Haul products and services, ensuring they receive exceptional service.

In Short

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.
• Work in a moderately risky environment requiring special safety precautions.
• Physical demands include moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to learn and participate in training programs.
• Must not use nicotine products in certain states.
