Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Conversation Design.
• Proficiency in conversation design for chat, voice, and hybrid AI experiences.
• Experience in prompt engineering for AI-driven conversation design.
• Empathy for users and advocacy for their needs.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking skills for problem-solving.
• Solid understanding of NLP and Generative AI principles.
