In Short

• Responsible for ensuring high-quality AI conversation models.
• Design conversational experiences for virtual agents for voice and chat.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Machine Learning and Engineering.
• Lead customer AI Delivery projects.
• Design solutions for contact centers across various verticals.
• Deliver Cresta’s Opera Enablement Program to customers.
• Develop virtual agent solutions using various platforms.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• 2 years of experience in conversational design preferred.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 2 years of experience in conversational design.
• Experience presenting complex solutions to customers.
• Fluency in a second language preferred.
• Background in Linguistics preferred.
• Experience with prompt engineering preferred.
• Experience with Dialogflow CX preferred.
