Conversational AI Designer - Remote

Overview

TTEC Digital is seeking a Conversational AI Designer who is passionate about solving customer problems and creating experiences that are elegant and effective. This individual will define, design and refine frictionless end-to-end service and support experiences across voice and digital channels leveraging AI and Gen AI technology across Google’s CCAI tech stack.

In Short

• Design and develop AI-based conversational solutions using Google CCAI.
• Interface with clients to develop user journeys/experiences.
• Create sample dialogs and conversational flow diagrams.
• Promote conversation design best practice standards.
• Guide intent identification and associated phrases.
• Apply concepts related to NLP/NLU and sentiment analysis.
• Collaborate with developers on solutions.
• Support quality assurance processes.
• Leverage data sets for actionable insights.
• Participate in ongoing monitoring and improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of conversational design experience.
• Knowledge of conversational dialog systems and cloud computing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow or similar.
• Detail-oriented and committed to flawless execution.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in HCI, technology, or related field.
• Master’s degree or PhD is a plus.
• Experience managing conversational AI solutions is a plus.
• Experience in design thinking workshops is a plus.
