AI / ML Engineer - Remote

Overview

The AI Developer is responsible for the development, testing and delivery of the NICE CXone AI software platform, focusing on enhancing customer experience through technical development.

• Developing and enhancing AI/ML solutions for NICE Proactive AI Agent.
• Working with a project team on software development in CXone Studio, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript.
• Conducting code and testing projects.
• Delivering high-quality software on time.
• Attending meetings and training sessions.
• Performing system analysis and project management duties.
• Presenting solutions and demos to clients.
• Resolving code errors and development issues.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Machine Learning or NLP systems.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of JavaScript experience.
• Expertise in Python and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with ML/LLM tools like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• 4+ years of ASP.NET experience.
• Experience with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) is a plus.
• Ability to mentor team members.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
