Overview

As a Senior Customer Experience Consultant at TTEC Digital, you will focus on enhancing customer interactions through innovative conversational design, ensuring that both employees and customers feel valued and supported.

In Short

  • Design and implement Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVAs).
  • Shape the personality and conversational flow of IVAs.
  • Collaborate with AI Engineers to script engaging dialogs.
  • Author customer journey storyboards and interaction scripts.
  • Deliver professional presentations to client stakeholders.
  • Train IVAs to deliver meaningful responses post-launch.
  • Analyze performance data and develop improvement recommendations.
  • Support revenue growth through client management.
  • Contribute to thought leadership content development.
  • Ensure project success by meeting timelines and objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in corporate consulting with enterprise clients.
  • 2+ years with natural language AI technology and machine learning.
  • 2+ years in UX writing or related fields.
  • Experience in User-Centered Design principles.
  • Fluency with diagram tools like LucidChart and Miro.
  • Experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Audio recording and production experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
