In Short

  • Plan statements of work, pre-sales calls, and project start-up meetings.
  • Analyze customer business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collect best market practices related to client challenges.
  • Propose recommendations and an action plan.
  • Write and validate reports delivered to clients.
  • Present results and recommendations to clients.
  • Support customers through project phases.
  • Advise customers based on industry best practices.
  • Facilitate customer meetings and workshops.
  • Document and map processes as needed.

Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 in an advisory role.
  • BA or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst in contact center or unified communications projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
