In Short

• Client is seeking a Design Lead to support the Enterprise Web Initiative (EWI) for regions outside the United States (OUS), primarily focusing on Europe.
• This role ensures that all EMEA and global OUS enterprise websites are brand-consistent, accessible, and localized.
• Translate enterprise brand and experience strategy into high-quality execution.
• Lead design execution for OUS and EMEA enterprise web initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scope features and resolve design challenges.
• Advocate for user-centered design and accessibility best practices.
• Ensure designs align with regional regulatory and privacy requirements.
• Provide mentorship and feedback to designers.
• Act as a design quality gate for all deliverables.
• Work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in digital or web design.
• Experience leading designers within design systems.
• Proven collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating scalable web design execution.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Additional European language proficiency is a plus.
