In Short

• The 2nd Shift Project Manager is responsible for supporting a large financial client in all aspects of the deployment of a Retail Branch update nationwide estate.
• Oversee cross-functional vendor collaboration and ensure seamless execution of network refreshes.
• Track workflow progress using tools like Excel, Jira, Monday.com, and Smartsheet.
• Assist in oversight of circuit installations and testing.
• Act as liaison between field resources and network engineers.
• Provide regular updates to internal and external teams.
• Maintain clear documentation of site status and deployment milestones.
• Work flexible hours, including after-hours as needed.
• Participate in intake meetings and deployment coordination sessions.
• Ensure readiness for site conversions and maintain accurate status logs.

Requirements

• 4-8 years’ experience in project management in technology and/or infrastructure programs.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Basic skills in Monday.com or similar products (SmartSheet).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt process changes mid-stream.
• Ability to track individual deployments across multiple branch locations.
• Some evening on-call designated days/evening are required.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Exposure to technology in the financial industry is a plus.
• Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
