In Short

• Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale projects and engagements
• Oversees project coordinators and works on client engagements within practice
• Facilitates meetings with client engineering teams to manage risks
• Implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures
• Engagement billing and financial monitoring for projects
• Serves as key participant in team and client meetings
• Communicates relevant project information effectively
• Familiar with Network Routing and Switch Environments
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and excellent planning skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven

Requirements

• BBA/BS degree
• PMP® or Prince 2® or other project certification
• ITIL Foundation Certification or Six Sigma
• Cisco CCNA/CCDA, CCNP/CCDP
• 4-6 years of related experience as an IT Project Manager
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products
• Experience with JIRA Boards
• Strong knowledge of current project management methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build positive relationships
