In Short

• We are looking for an experienced Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
• This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Support HRMS implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support.
• This is a contract role, fully remote, and open to candidates working from Egypt.
• Implement, configure, and support Oracle HRMS EBS modules.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Support end-to-end HRMS implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Provide production support and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and IT teams.

Requirements

• Strong experience as an Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant on Oracle EBS (R12).
• Hands-on expertise in Core HR, Payroll, OTL, SSHR.
• Solid understanding of HR and payroll business processes.
• Experience with data conversions and system integrations.
• Ability to create clear functional documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
