Principal Architect, NICE CXone - Remote

Overview

As the Principal Architect at TTEC Digital, you will engineer and design complex Contact Center applications, acting as the subject matter expert in technology decisions while engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

In Short

• Lead and participate in CCaaS implementations and solution development.
• Create technical documentation for designs and customer requirements.
• Own the end-to-end design of the technical architecture.
• Mentor junior consultants and advise on testing strategies.
• Participate in client requirements discovery meetings.
• Document critical business and IT requirements.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and business cases.
• Conduct solution design meetings with clients and partners.
• Support proposal and solution overview documents.
• Deliver the TTEC Digital value proposition and insights on competitors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience in Contact Center and UC environments.
• 5+ years of NICE CXone software development experience.
• Experience with cloud telephony platforms like Genesys, Five9, Amazon Connect.
• Enterprise level CCaaS architecture experience.
• Cloud Network infrastructure experience.
• Experience presenting to executive level stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Webex, Google CCAI, and process automation technologies.
