ServiceNow Project Manager - Remote

Overview

TTEC Digital seeks a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Project Manager to join our IT services team. This remote role in the US is ideal for a senior-level professional with experience managing ServiceNow projects, including implementations across modules such as SCM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, and GRC.

In Short

• Lead ServiceNow projects across modules, including SCM, FSM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, and GRC.
• Create and manage project charters, plans, and documentation using NowCreate methodology.
• Coordinate Agile and Hybrid Agile implementations with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and facilitate client discussions.
• Track milestones and maintain integrated delivery plans.
• Manage project activities using tools such as MS Project, Excel, and ServiceNow-PPM/ITBM.
• Support financial tracking and reporting for projects.
• Identify and manage project risks and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of project management experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Experience managing ServiceNow projects using Agile and Hybrid Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with NowCreate methodology for ServiceNow implementations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project management tools including MS Project, Excel, Word, and ServiceNow-PPM/ITBM.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules: SCM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, and GRC is preferred.
• PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is a plus.
• ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations Certification.
• Ability to produce clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
