Requirements

• 8-12 years of business-related experience, with a minimum of 5 years in technology Project/Program management.
• Experience in strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Highly proficient in project methodologies and management principles.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects to ensure success.
• Broad understanding of the ServiceNow Domain areas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong facilitation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to assess and mitigate risk.
• Experience leading and motivating a team.
• Comfortable working in a matrixed organization.
