Overview

The Director of Business Process Architecture is responsible for leading consulting and implementation services focused on risk and security regulations, primarily using the ServiceNow platform. This role involves managing teams and ensuring successful project outcomes for clients in the Western US region.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of business process architecture for cloud platforms.
• Experience with risk and security regulations and frameworks.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist.
• Excellent communication skills with business and technical audiences.
• Experience with SecOps applications and frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.
• BSc in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of client-facing technical consulting experience.
• Ability to lead teams across multiple time zones.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and change.
