NewRocket is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect (ITAM SAM Pro) to be responsible for leading the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services, within our Experience practice. In Short

• Manage all aspects of application development including design, coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Customize ServiceNow applications (ITAM SAM Pro).
• Implement integrations with ServiceNow Discovery and Core modules.
• Create script-based Assignment and Approval rules.
• Experience with ServiceNow for custom application design and development.
• Conduct requirements gathering workshops.
• Help integration team in planning and packaging solutions.
• Provide technical assistance in a pre-sale’s capacity.
• Draft use cases and functional requirements documents.
• Collaborate with customers to assess needs and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5 - 10 years of experience in application development.
• 4 years of ServiceNow Platform Experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITAM products.
• A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
• ServiceNow Fundamentals certification required.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for engineering science and technology.
• Experience with IT systems and technology platforms.
• Collaboration with customers is essential.
