The ServiceNow Solution Architect will lead the overall design and development of the ServiceNow platform. They will provide technical guidance and serve as an escalation point for the ServiceNow development team members. They will support customers and end-users to define their requirements based on the latest ServiceNow feature set. They will work with Agile/SAFe software development experts to develop and implement technology capabilities which meaningfully improve the customer’s business outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or related field.
5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
5+ years of web development experience.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform applications.
Experience with Security Operations in ServiceNow.
Familiarity with SDLC processes.
Ability to synthesize multiple strands in projects.
Agile/SAFe methodology experience.
Solid communication skills.
Experience presenting technical material to non-technical audiences.
