ServiceNow Developer - Remote

Overview

SFI is seeking a talented and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing, configuring, and optimizing the ServiceNow platform to meet client needs and enhance organizational functionality.

In Short

• Deliver iterative improvements and enhancements to the platform.
• Collaborate with application teams to design and implement data interfaces with other enterprise systems.
• Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs (including scripting).
• Support the design and updates of Service Portal front-end components.
• Perform production deployment tasks in preparation for releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant IT development experience.
• Implement custom workspaces using UI Builder and develop comprehensive analytics dashboards.
• Design, implement, and support runbooks, workflows, and procedures.
• Experience designing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the ServiceNow SecOps platform.
• Skilled in creating workflows using Workflow Editor, Workflow Designer, runbooks, and playbooks.
• Monitor and analyze vulnerability data from various sources.
• Provide advanced technical support for ServiceNow capabilities.
• Experience with CMDB and HAM/SAM modules.
• Ability to configure integrations with tools like Splunk, SCCM, JAMF.
• Conduct discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
• Knowledge of client and server scripting, ServiceNow REST APIs.
• Experience with Agile methodologies for software development.
• Demonstrated understanding of ITIL processes.
