ServiceNow Developer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to work on project activities in collaboration with our client, focusing on the design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications to optimize IT service management and business processes.

In Short

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow instances for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other business systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all developments.
• Participate in code reviews and implement best practices for ServiceNow development.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Solid knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Catalog, and Workflow modules.
• Experience in customizing Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
• Development and management of Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS in the context of ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Studio, Scoped App, and Update Set.
• Possession of ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or higher certification is preferred.
