ServiceNow Developer - Remote

Overview

ASSYST is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to lead the configuration and rollout of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management following best practices and a phased delivery roadmap for our client in Laurel, Maryland.

In Short

• Lead the configuration and rollout of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements.
• Implement and configure core applications of Strategic Portfolio Management.
• Support demand, project, and resource management configurations.
• Align SPM configurations with the CMDB and other platforms.
• Configure Performance Analytics dashboards.
• Support legacy data migration or integration strategy.
• Prepare the platform for future enablement of additional modules.
• Deliver documentation and user training.
• Ensure adherence to out-of-the-box functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with large-scale projects and diverse teams.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM.
• Strong knowledge of project portfolio management methodologies.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
• Ability to translate governance requirements into platform configuration.
• Experience with ITSM, APM, or CMDB integrations.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills.
