ServiceNow Developer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our Managed Services team and support multiple ongoing projects. This role is perfect for someone adaptable, hands-on, and eager to work across different modules and clients.

In Short

• Develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform (CMDB, ITOM, SPM, ITSM).
• Collaborate on internal and client-facing projects.
• Handle platform upgrades, patching, and general system improvements.
• Communicate with stakeholders and switch contexts easily between initiatives.
• Receive support and training to close any specific knowledge gaps as needed.

Requirements

• Solid experience in ServiceNow development, especially with ITSM.
• Understanding of platform administration, scripting, and upgrades.
• Strong communication skills and some client-facing experience.
• Flexibility to work across different ServiceNow modules and projects.
• ServiceNow Admin Certification (preferred).
• Developer and/or Implementation Specialist certifications (nice to have).
