ServiceNow Developer - Remote

Overview

iTech AG is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support a federal customer. The ServiceNow developer will provide software configuration across various technical areas, analyze business requirements, develop technical requirements, develop and design application modules, workflows, and catalog requests, and effectively lead, mentor, and champion junior team members.

In Short

• Configure the ServiceNow application.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HAM, SAM, and others.
• Carry out unit testing and defect resolution.
• Assist in solution creation and sprint planning.
• Assist in the migration of the changes to production.
• Document technical designs.
• Research and train for new ServiceNow functionality as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform.
• 2+ years of experience working withing the ITSM module.
• Experience providing code reviews and feedback to team members.
• Experience providing support on the ServiceNow platform in a helpdesk environment.
