Overview

iTech AG is seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) Subject Matter Expert to support transformational initiatives across our Financial Services sector. This role is central to driving enterprise platform modernization for federal clients including financial regulators, oversight bodies, and government-sponsored enterprises.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow WSD modules.
• Conduct persona workshops to capture requirements and validate workflows.
• Configure preventive maintenance strategies and develop space management configurations.
• Design and build analytics dashboards integrating WSD capabilities.
• Provide strategic direction to senior federal managers and executives.
• Assess operational baselines and define modernization roadmaps.
• Mentor junior ServiceNow developers and analysts.
• Maintain configuration documentation and support change management.
• Contribute domain expertise to proposals and business development efforts.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow platform and federal workplace policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of industry experience in IT consulting or federal facilities management.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with ServiceNow WSD module.
• Experience conducting workshops and validating workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD for space management.
• Strong client communication skills for presenting technical concepts.
• Experience developing dashboards within ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with federal IT environments and security requirements.
