ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Remote

Overview

The ServiceNow SME is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow’s HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) modules within FDIC Divisions and Offices, supporting IT business needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of industry experience.
• 4 years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD and WSD.
• Strong understanding of HR processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for technical concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must have a Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain one.
