Overview

We are looking for a Product SME who understands the platform, archive and search challenges of tech, legal and compliance teams in the financial sector. Your experience and know-how will play a vital role in continuing to guide our product team to perfect Shield's communications archive and search platform.

• 5+ years in technology risk, archive, or eDiscovery in financial services.
• Experience translating complex use cases into technical requirements.
• Passion for problem-solving and vision for future platform development.
• Strong communication skills with external stakeholders.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks and legal discovery processes.
