Shield is seeking a highly strategic Director of Finance Integration to lead the financial onboarding and integration of newly acquired MSP partners, ensuring successful transitions into Shield’s financial ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
• Expertise in full-cycle accounting and multi-entity financial reporting.
• Proven success in post-acquisition integrations.
• Strong financial systems leadership experience.
• Advanced analytical skills and Excel capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
• Experience with ERP/accounting platforms.
• Background in PE-backed portfolio companies preferred.
• Experience in building scalable integration playbooks.
