• Lead and scale the US, Canada and India finance operations teams.
• Serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional leaders.
• Oversee the AP invoice process and Payroll process.
• Ensure financial systems and ERP integration.
• Implement system enhancements with the Business Transformation team.
• Leverage technology to automate financial processes.
• Support evaluation and rollout of new financial platforms.
• Improve recurring financial tasks and reporting.
• Maintain robust internal controls for audit readiness.
• Monitor KPIs for finance operations.
