In Short

• Support the administration of global benefits, leave programs, and immigration matters.
• Manage employee benefits programs in the USA, Canada, and India.
• Process benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Liaise with insurance brokers and carriers.
• Lead the benefits open enrollment processes.
• Act as the main point of contact for employee leave options.
• Support HR Operations team members with miscellaneous needs.
• Conduct new hire orientations in multiple countries.
• Monitor visa processes and liaise with immigration attorney.
• Facilitate a company-wide wellness program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations or benefits administration.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across global teams.
• Familiarity with HR systems, especially Rippling preferred.
• Proven ability to execute processes independently.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
