Overview

The Global Benefits Specialist will support the People Operations team by managing and administering employee benefit programs while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources.
• 2-3 years of global benefits-specific experience preferred.
• Proficient in Workday for benefits management.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws in EMEA.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
