Implementation Consultant, Large Deployments - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, data-driven, and client-focused Implementation Consultant to join our growing Customer Success team at AlphaSense. This role will manage the onboarding and rollout of our solutions for both new and existing enterprise clients, serving as the bridge between the pre-sale discussions and the onboarding experience for accounts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a client-facing Implementation Consultant.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Linear, Jira, Asana).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Interest in driving organizational change.
• Experience with change management best practices.
• Understanding of customer lifecycle and product investment.
• Strong sense of project completion and task management.
