In Short

• Work across internal teams and with clients to understand our clients' existing patient access workflows
• Design, configure, and test workflows in Relatient's proprietary DASHsuite
• Collaborate with Client Operations Manager and development teams to align technical product design with business priorities
• Stay current with product development for implementation clients
• Identify client risks and escalate as appropriate
• Design and present clear information to clients and peers
• Facilitate software testing
• Create knowledge documentation for internal education
• Use PostgreSQL for design and reporting
• Advocate for client needs in discussions with Engineering

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong analytic skills and experience with SQL
• Excellent people skills
• Emphasis on exceeding client expectations
• Strong project management skills
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
