Implementation Consultant - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a People Technology Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you’ll partner with clients to design, implement, and optimize their HR, Learning, and Talent systems. You’ll be hands-on — guiding customers through requirements, configuration, testing, and go-live, while ensuring their systems deliver measurable impact.

In Short

• Lead and support end-to-end implementations of HR and Learning technologies (Workday®, SumTotal, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, etc.)
• Partner with clients to define business processes and system requirements
• Translate customer goals into system configurations and process improvements
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to drive adoption
• Collaborate with technical teams (onshore/offshore) for development and integrations
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and testing cycles to ensure smooth go-lives
• Continuously optimize client systems post-implementation for performance and scalability

Requirements

• 2+ years in consulting, implementation, or system delivery roles (preferably HR or LMS tech)
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, testing, and process design
• Hands-on knowledge of HRIS, LMS, or Talent systems such as Workday, SumTotal, or Cornerstone
• Excellent client communication, project coordination, and presentation skills
• Comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders
• Ability to travel occasionally and manage multiple client projects
