Implementation Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Consultant will work as part of the Health Service Delivery Team to provide software implementation, project management, consultation, and training services for healthcare screening applications.

In Short

• Liaise with customers and third parties for installations and updates.
• Define data rules and content for interfacing projects.
• Create system data and configuration for new installations.
• Make configuration changes to existing setups as needed.
• Provide technical expertise and support for existing solutions.
• Investigate and resolve application faults.
• Conduct quality assurance and testing of applications.
• Support customers during deployment of new healthcare services.
• Work outside business hours for software releases and urgent issues.
• Contribute to continual improvement processes.

Requirements

• Experience in software installation and IT systems management.
• Technical understanding of Linux and Windows servers.
• Knowledge of SQL Server.
• Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio).
• Customer liaison experience.
• Background in software maintenance and testing.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Experience with XML data and editors is a plus.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Prince2 certification and Agile methodologies preferred.
