Overview

AutogenAI is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Implementation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the primary guide for new customers, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience implementing our platform.

In Short

• Welcome new customers and guide them through their onboarding journey.
• Create and manage tailored project plans.
• Configure the AutogenAI platform to meet customer-specific requirements.
• Deliver comprehensive onboarding training sessions.
• Provide proactive support and guidance throughout the implementation phase.
• Work closely with Customer Success and Product teams.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers.
• Coordinate smooth handoffs to Customer Success post-implementation.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional onboarding experiences.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with sales, customer success, and product teams.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt our platform to customer use cases.
