In Short

• Manage and oversee end-to-end Implementation for enterprise customers.
• Develop and implement a scalable Implementation framework tailored to enterprise clients.
• Provide expert guidance on organizational change and user adoption strategies.
• Strengthen and maintain C-Suite relationships during Implementation.
• Establish a structured transition process from Implementation to Customer Success teams.
• Partner with Implementation Specialists, Sales, Customer Success, Product teams.
• 5+ years’ experience managing complex onboarding and implementation projects.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working with AI-based tools and quickly learning new solutions.
• Experience in cross-functional teamwork.

• 5+ years’ experience managing complex onboarding and implementation projects in SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Skilled in driving organizational change and user adoption for new technologies.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with C-Suite and senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized with a track record of delivering measurable results under pressure.
• Comfortable working with AI-based tools and quickly learning and demonstrating new solutions.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
