Overview

As a Customer Support Agent at AutogenAI, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional support and guidance on the AutogenAI platform.

In Short

  • Provide product support via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Research and identify appropriate logs to help troubleshoot issues.
  • Prioritize and categorize customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Document solutions and create knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to build trust and loyalty.
  • Track and monitor issues for timely resolutions.
  • Adhere to SLAs and KPIs to maintain service quality.
  • Work US East Coast hours from 8am to 5pm.
  • 3+ years of customer support experience preferred.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer support role, ideally in SaaS.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and B2B environments.
  • Comfortable using support tools like Zendesk and Slack.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset.
